• We are legally permitted to treat clients over the age of 16. Under 18's must attend with a parent or legal guardian - failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit will need to be paid for a new booking.
• Clients 18+ must attend appointments alone unless you require special assistance, this must be communicated before the appointment so we can accommodate . For insurance and security purposes we can only have the client with the therapist unless permitted.
• If you arrive to your appointment early, please do not ring the doorbell, kindly wait until your appointment time. We do not have a waiting room so we encourage clients to avoid coming too early as we may either be busy with other clients or on a break .
• We can not treat any clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• We reserve the legal right to refuse a service or stop a treatment with legitimate reason.
• Clients are liable to read the provided information regarding our services, follow pre-care and aftercare advertised and complete all forms necessary prior to booking. It is imperative that appointments are booked accordingly with important events in mind (weddings, birthdays, holidays, glam events etc) . We kindly request full transparency when completing forms to ensure there aren’t any contraindications that may restrict or prevent treatment.

In consideration of our business time and of our other valued clients we have put into place strict policies .

To reschedule an appointment this can be done online , we will be unable to do this for you as all of our services are digital for practicality , a minimum of 48 hours notice is given to clients . Less than 48 hours will disable the reschedule button and will result in a loss of deposit. A new deposit will be requested for a new booking.

• Clients on treatment packages - If you wish to reschedule or cancel and appointment this must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any less than 48 hours will incur in a loss of session from the treatment package or a payment fee .

We understand that delays may occur and we try our best to accommodate however we can not accept liability for lateness and we kindly ask our clients to plan their journeys well in advance. Please check your driving route/ train journey at least 48 hours prior to your treatment and a few hours before your appointment and allow yourself enough journey time. Lateness will result in the the deduction of treatment time which will still be charged at full price . Clients who are late for laser will not be able to have all their areas completed. We pride ourselves in punctuality and can not run late for forthcoming clients .

A non refundable deposit of £50 must be paid when booking appointments online.

All deposits are non refundable.

Deposits will be deducted from treatment cost on the day .Outstanding payments can be made via cash or bank transfer. We do not have a card terminal and do not accept AMEX payments.

All treatment packages are non refundable.

We can only provide a full or partial refund for any unused sessions if the request is made within the cooling-off period of 14 days.

If any of the sessions from a package have been used, the refund amount will be based on the deduction of the individual list price rather than the discounted package price. Alternatively clients also have a choice to use credit towards other treatments .
